For your convenience, please find the estimated delivery timeframes below. Please note that they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation. Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.

Orders are processed & shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following Australian public holidays, and orders will not be processed on these days:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Australia Day

  • Good Friday

  • Easter Monday

  • Anzac Day

  • King’s Birthday

  • Labour Day

  • Christmas Day

  • Boxing Day

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Most items may be shipped to Australian P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers, but some restrictions apply as explained in our Shipping Restrictions. Nbperfume.com currently ships to the following areas within Australia:

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

  • New South Wales (NSW)

  • Northern Territory (NT)

  • Queensland (QLD)

  • South Australia (SA)

  • Tasmania (TAS)

  • Victoria (VIC)

  • Western Australia (WA)

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers are delivered within 3–10 business days with Standard Shipping. Express Shipping is available in most metropolitan areas but not for all remote regions.

 

Australian Territories

Most items may also be shipped to Australian external territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Nbperfume.com currently ships to the following territories:

  • Norfolk Island

  • Christmas Island

  • Cocos (Keeling) Islands

Orders shipped to external territories may take up to 14–21 business days depending on local delivery services. Express Shipping may not be available for these regions.

 

International Locations

We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.

Some items sold by Nbperfume Online require special handling as specified by Australian federal and state regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of certain products to some locations within Australia may not be possible due to carrier restrictions or safety regulations.
