NB PERFUME Australia Online Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

Products purchased from Nbperfume.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from Nbperfume.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

  • Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional gift must be returned with the free item(s).
  • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
  • For items returned within our policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds issued to a credit or debit card may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Nbperfume Online. If approved, the refund may be provided as an Nbperfume eGift Card or refund cheque.
  • If the payment was split between an Nbperfume Gift Card and another payment method, the refund will first be applied to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be applied to an Nbperfume eGift Card.
  • If you return any portion of a final sale order, Nbperfume Online is not obligated to ship the items back to you or refund any part of your order.

 

Please also note:

  • Nbperfume Online monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet policy requirements, show abuse patterns, or involve items re-sent as goodwill replacements.

  • Items that are not eligible for return and sent back to Nbperfume Online will not be returned to the sender.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Engraved, customised, or “final sale” items are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Nbperfume eGift Cards are issued by Nbperfume Pty Ltd and cannot be exchanged or returned. All eGift Card purchases are final.

  • If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please chat with us. eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, or products purchased somewhere other than Nbperfume.com are not eligible for return online.

If you prefer to return your order in store, please provide the store associate with your email address or bring your shipping confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.

If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, packing materials, and items inside, and contact us immediately for assistance via email at danielphillipsrye97@gmail.com . If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of the damage, please handle with care, take a clear photo of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard the damaged contents. Please note that in order for us to process a claim for lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items and/or packages, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Nbperfume Online reserves the right to deny claims received after 30 days. Note: Nbperfume Online monitors all claims for lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items to prevent abuse. Such claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged or incorrect items (including packaging) must be retained. Nbperfume Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order or item in all instances. Please note that to process a claim for lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items and/or packages, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Claims received after 30 days may be denied.
